This is a vintage Westerm Flyer frame. I made the springer forks from scraps, added old hot rod hubcaps, and the big fatty tires. I used handlebars of an 80's SeaDoo, and mudflap girls, etc. It's a tank of a bike. But a pretty smooth cruiser.
